WOAH! POPULAR DIRECTOR-ACTOR JOINS THE SETS OF SURIYA'S NEXT - FANS CAN'T KEEP CALM!

The shooting which was going on at a brisk pace recently completed 51 days of shooting schedule. Director Pandiraj took to Twitter to inform fans about the same. Praising the team for their "unbelievable effort", the ace-director said, "Completed 51 days long schedule today. Sun and rain couldn't stop our speed. what a hard working team . unbelievable effort. Thank you @Suriya_offl sir @sunpictures @RathnaveluDop sir and everybody."

The latest update from the film is that Director-Actor KP Jagan has joined the cast of this movie. He has directed films like 'Pudhiya Geethai' (2003), 'Kodambakkam' (2006), 'Raman Thediya Seethai' (2008), and 'En Aaloda Seruppa Kaanom' (2017) and made his acting debut in 'Mayandi Kudumbathar' (2009). He took to his social media to post a picture from the set and said, "Always I Love My Job #ET #EtharkumThunindhavan."

'Etharkum Thuninthavan' marks Pandiraj's third project with Suriya after 'Pasanga 2' (2015) and 'Kadaikutty Singam' (2018). Actress Priyanka Arul Mohan who will be marking her Kollywood debut with Sivakarthikeyan's Doctor, will be seen as the female lead in this upcoming film. The film will feature music composed by D Imman.

Apart from Suriya and Priyanka Arul Mohan, the movie will also feature Vinay Rai, 'Cooku with Comali' fame Pugazh, Soori, Sathyaraj, Saranya Ponvannan, MS Bhaskar, Ramar and Thanga Durai.

Meanwhile Suriya has TJ Gnanavel's 'Jai Bhim' up for release on OTT platform Amazon Prime Video in November. He also has 'Vaadivaasal' directed by Vetrimaaran and a couple of other projects in the pipeline.
