Nepotism has been in focus, more so ever post the sad demise of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. However, in case, you had noticed, Dulquer's last name is Salmaan and not Mammootty.

He spoke about this earlier in an interview with Anupama Chopra of Film Companion and said, "I don't have his last name. Nobody in my family has that last name. He didn't want us to be singled out in school. He didn't want that attention. Even when reading my name, he didn't want that identity to strike."

It is also to be noted that Mammookka has never produced any of Dulquer's movies. DQ's upcoming films include Oh Sinamika, Kurup amidst others.
