WHAT? AR RAHMAN TO DEBUT AS AN ACTOR? HERE'S WHAT HE HAS TO SAY!

The Academy award-winning music composer has recently opened up on turning into an actor. While promoting a video song from his recent Bollywood release 'Mimi', a fan had asked him, "Sir when can we expect your acting debut?" To this, AR Rahman replied, "you don't want me to grow old peacefully." ARR's calm and cool reply to the fan confirmed that he has no plans on making his acting debut.

ARR's son AR Ameen too joined the bandwagon and left a sweet reply in the comments section. Reacting to his "growing old peacefully" comment, he said, "You're not old daddy. We all love you." 

The ace-music composer is currently involved with a number of projects and will be scoring music for Mani Ratnam's magnum opus 'Ponniyin Selvan' and Chiyaan Vikram's 'Cobra'. The combo of Gautham Vasudev Menon, Silambarasan and AR Rahman is uniting back again for the rural drama 'Vendhu Thanindhadhu Kaadu'.
