Meanwhile, producer of ‘Viswasam’, Thyagarajan from Sathya Jyothi Films has now taken a big step. He has been named as Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) - Task Force, Media and Entertainment, Southern Region.
Speaking about this good news, Thyagarajan said “This surprise came in an unheralded way and I’m extremely elated about the stature that CII has offered me. Right now, the entire film industry, much similar to any other industrial sector is going through an acute crisis.”
“Having got this new role at this critical point of time leaves me with more challenging tasks and I’m looking forward to accomplishing it”, said an elated Thyagarajan. It is to be noted that Thyagarajan’s production house Sathya Jyothi Films has given memorable blockbusters with stars like Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Sivaji Ganesan and Ajith Kumar.
