Interestingly, actor Vishnu Vishal has now revealed that he approached director Venkat Prabhu 14 years ago, for a role in the movie. It is a known fact that Vishnu is an amazing cricket and has played professional cricket and represented the state too.

The Ratsasan actor tweeted “Sar unbelievable...its been almost 14 years when i met you first for an opportunity in #chennai28…. Time flies. Wil always be a special film for tamil audiences...” Indeed, it will remain a special film for all cricket fans.

On the work front, Vishnu was last seen in the 2018 film ‘Silukkuvarupatti Singam’. He is currently working on a handful of projects, namely ‘Kaadan’, ‘Jagajaala Killadi’ and ‘FIR’. Stay tuned for more updates.
