She debuted in the TV industry through the Malayalam serial Swamiye Saranam Ayyappa. Featuring as the female lead in Deivam Thantha Veedu, she became quite popular. She married Don Tony, a businessman, and their marriage was held at Thrissur on the 30th of April, 2017.

Reports had been circulating that she had divorced her husband, and following this, her husband's second marriage photos emerged, proving the same. In her youtube channel, the actress has spoken about her divorce for the very first time.

Meghna says, "Many people had asked me about my divorce. It ended. It's useless to speak about things that are in the past, right? Many talks are arising about your divorce, why aren't you replying to these - this is what many people ask me. Why should I reply to all these? I haven't spoken even a word about it in any of my interviews. I think that there is no need to keep myself tensed with things of the past."
