Makkal Selvan, Vijay Sethupathi, was last seen in Thiagarajan Kumararaja’s Super Deluxe that had an ensemble cast that includes Fahadh Faasil, Samantha Akkineni, Ramya Krishnan in leading roles in separate segments while Mysskin, Gayathrie, Ashwanth Ashokkumar, and Bagavathi Perumal play supporting roles.
The actor will be next seen in S.U.Arunkumar’s upcoming film Sindhubaadh that has Anjali as the female lead and the film is expected to release soon. The actor is currently busy shooting for his second avatar of his next project, Sanga Tamizhan, his first dual role flick, in Courtallam.
Produced by Vijaya Productions, Sanga Tamizhan has Vijay Sethupathi playing dual roles for the first time in his career and the movie is directed by Vaalu and Sketch fame Vijay Chandar. The movie has two female leads namely Nivetha Pethuraj and Raashi Khanna.
The movie also stars Asutosh Rana and John Vijay and has music by Vivek - Mervin. And now the latest update is that the film’s satellite and digital rights are acquired by the popular market leader, Sun TV for 12 crores. Wow!
