JUST IN: VIJAY SETHUPATHI'S MUCH-AWAITED FILM OPTS FOR A DIRECT OTT RELEASE!

Apart from just entertaining his fans just in Tamil, the actor has been actively involved in captivating his fans of other languages as well. The actor was last seen on screen in Telugu in Uppena. Post which, he had bagged another interesting biggie which is being referred to as VJS 46, produced by Sun Pictures.

He has a number of projects lined up in his pipeline for release which includes Tughlaq Darbar as well. The film was supposed to release on April 14 but was later pushed due to unknown reasons! With the second wave of Coronavirus increasing in the country, looks like the makers have opted to skip its theatrical release!

It is now learnt that the film is all set to directly release in Disney+Hotstar. ‘Tughlaq Durbar’ features Vijay Sethupathi playing the lead, along with Parthiban, Raashi Khanna and Manjima Mohan in pivotal roles. The movie is directed by Delhiprasad Deenadayalan and has music by Govind Vasantha. The project is bankrolled by Lalit Kumar under his banner 7 Screen Studio.
