Actor Vijay Sethupathi is known for his uncanny choice of roles, consisting of characters that are packed with different shades, irrespective of their screentime. The actor is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming action adventure Sindhubaadh, directed by S.U. Arunkumar.
In a recent interview to Behindwoods, the actor addressed the criticism faced for lending his voice to the role of Iron Man in the Tamil dubbed version of the blockbuster superhero film, Avengers: Endgame. The actor said that "Many people teased me and created memes when I was dubbing for Avengers, but in due course, I learnt a lesson. I have faced a lot of such criticism ever during the earlier days when I was trying for a break in cinema."
He also added "I understand that my work will be subjected to debate, but only I can own the experience that I gained from it, and I value my experience over criticism. If one fears the criticism without gaining the experience out of it, they have lost, not to the world, but to their own selves."
Sindhubaadh will be releasing on June 21 and Vijay Sethupathi is paired opposite Anjali. The actor's son, Surya Vijay Sethupathi, will be playing a full fledged role in the film. The film features music and background score composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
