Meanwhile, reports were doing rounds that the actor who had signed for a film titled as 'Hero', to be directed by Anand Annamalai and produced by Mythri Movie Makers has been shelved. However, when Behindwoods got in touch with one of the producers, he has completely denied the news.
He had further said that "The film’s shooting had already commenced in Delhi and around twenty percent of it has been done. At this stage, the news of shelving of this film comes as a shock." Deverakonda will be seen playing the role of a biker in this film and the team is said to have spent a huge amount for the project and are considering this as one of their pet projects.
The film also features Shalini Pandey and Malavika Mohanan as the female leads in this flick. This movie is also planned to be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada languages as Vijay Deverakonda enjoys popularity in all southern states especially after the blockbuster cult film, Arjun Reddy.
