Vijay Milton - Versatile personality of the Tamil film industry, cinematographer for 37 films, and director of 8 films, is emerging as the best screenwriter. He is currently in the final stages of directing his next film, Mazhai Pidikkadha Manithan. The film is co-produced by Kamal Bora, Lalita Dhananjayan, Pradeep B Pankaj Bora and S. Vikram on behalf of Infiniti Film Ventures. The film stars Mega Akash as the heroine. Actor Sarathkumar will play a pivotal character and Captain Vijaykanth will return to the screen in a special role after a long hiatus.

The title of the film, MAZHAI PIDIKATHA MANITHAN (The Man Who Does Not Like Rain), has aroused great curiosity among the audience as to what the film will look like. In that sense the director on this topic .., people perceive rain as a blessing or a curse based on different professions but here the protagonist is an exception and he has a good reason for not liking the rain.
