Meanwhile, the filmmaker will be turning producer with the creation of his production company, Rowdy Pictures. The director will be making his foray into production with director Milind Rau's second project, which stars Nayanthara and 'Sacred Games' fame actor Luke Kenny.

The project is expected to start its shooting process on September 15. Coincidentally, Vignesh ShivN's Naanum Rowdy Dhaan released on Vinayagar Chathurthi weekend in 2015  Milind Rau made his directorial debut with the critically acclaimed 2017 horror film Aval, which had Siddharth and Andreah Jeremiah in lead roles.

On the work front, Nayanthara will be next seen playing the lead in Surendar Reddy's Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and Dhyan Sreenivasan's Malayalam directorial Love Action Drama. The actress is currently shooting for AR Murugadoss' Rajinikanth-starrer Darbar.
