Hitesha Chandrane hails from Bangalore, Karnataka. She has been working as a cosmetologist. He ordered food on March 9 in Somata. But the food seems to have arrived late. Zomato has been talking to customer care to cancel the order.

Apparently Hitesha has been in talks with the customer care as to whether she will get her order free or if its not the case, she will cancel the order. But when she informed this to the delivery person, he apparently hurled insults at her, and attacked her, entering her house forcibly and hurting her.

The video featuring a blood-dripping Hitesha is going viral on social media. Zomato has replied in earnest, stating that they will look into the issue and help her with the necessary police procedure and health assistance.
