Actress Varalaxmi, who is known for her fine performances in Thaarai Thappattai and Vikram Vedha, is now on a roll. She has more than 6 films scheduled to release in 2018 that include Maari 2 with Dhanush, Sandakozhi 2 with Vishal, and Mr. Chandramouli with Gautham Karthik.

With a busy year ahead, she has signed yet another film. She has officially confirmed that she will be starring in Sarathkumar's upcoming film Pamban. The film is directed by A Venkatesh, who earlier directed Sarathkumar in Sandamarutham.
