• As reported earlier, veteran actor/filmmaker K Bhagyaraj will be playing a pivotal role in Vishal’s upcoming film Thupparivaalan directed by Mysskin. The latest reports suggest that he will be playing the lead baddie in the film. It is been quite a while since we have seen Bhagyaraj play a negative role.

• Samuthirakani’s next film Thondan kickstarts shoot in Neyveli. It must be noted that his previous film Appa was also shot in the same city.

• We had earlier reported that Ram Muthuram Cinemas (Tirunelveli) has been planning to have special screenings of Thuppakki and Veeram for this New Year. Now we are told, Ajith’s Dheena will also be screened on the same day. Veeram at 6 AM, Dheena at 9 AM and Thuppakki at 9 PM. Looks like it is going to be a triple delight for Thala-Thalapathy fans.
