Recently, he said that it is time for him to enter politics full-time. Reacting to this, the Minister for Fisheries and Administration reforms supposedly took a dig at Udhayanidhi.
Minister D.Jayakumar, while speaking to the press said “A DMK M.L.A seems to have leaned towards a different party. People say that Udhayanidhi Stalin gave him a chocolate and let him go.” Referring to Udhayanidhi as a chocolate boy, D.Jayakumar said “Only a Chocolate Boy will know about Chocolates.”
Addressing the press near his residence, Udhayanidhi said “Chocolate boy is not a derogatory term or anything. It is like an appreciation and I will take it. The person who called me a chocolate boy, he is a Playboy.”
