TRISHA SHARES AN EXCITING SEQUEL IDEA FOR 96: 'JAANU'S HUSBAND GETS CORONAVIRUS...'

Recently, the actress shared one such duet video on her Instagram story, which showed a fan-fiction idea for a sequel to 96, the celebrated romance which starred herself and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles. The film was directed by C. Prem Kumar.
The video gave a five-point story for the sequel, which read "Jaanu's husband gets infected with Coronavirus from a business meeting. He dies within a week. Jaanu gets mad during her quarantine days. She Zoom calls Ram. They reunite again."
On the work front, Trisha will be playing important roles in director Sumanth Radhakrishnan's next project, and the M. Saravanan directed Raangi. The actress will also be playing an important role in Mani Ratnam's magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan.
