BREAKING: THIS COUNTRY OPENS UP CINEMA THEATERS – INTERESTING UPDATES FOR MOVIE BUFFS!

Toho Cinemas in Japan has recently announced that theaters in the least affected areas will reopen on the 15th of May.

Aeon Cinemas, another major film exhibition chain in Japan has also announced that there will be partial reopening of selected multiplexes from the 18th of May.

These announcements were made after Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe declared that the state was making arrangements to lift the emergency in 34 areas which were least-affected by the pandemic.

The entertainment giants Toho cinemas and Aeon cinemas have confirmed that necessary precautions and safety measures will be put in place such as all staff being instructed to wear masks, use of hand sanitizers and social distancing within theater halls by limited seating.
