THREAT TO VIJAY SETHUPATHI MINOR DAUGHTER: BLUE CORNER NOTICE VIA INTERPOL ISSUED

Now, a blue corner notice to Interpol-Sri Lanka has been issued. As part of the investigation through IP address, it came to be known that the person hailed from Lanka. Subsequentlly, crime branch of the Chennai police issued the blue corner notice to Interpol-Lanka.

Ever since it was announced, 800 the biopic on Muthiah Muralidharan has been mired in controversies. Several people don’t want Vijay Sethupathi to act in the movie since Muralidharan was known to be a supporter of former Lankan President Mahinda Rajapakse whose regime has been under the scanner for the torture and killing of several Tamils.

Though, the makers have clarified that the biopic will focus on Muralidharan’s cricketing achievements, there seems to be no takers for this affirmation. Sethupathi also subsequently left the project.

It is not yet known if the biopic won’t happen in the near future or some other person would come in as a replacement.
