We had earlier reported that Superstar Rajinikanth's next with Karthik Subbaraj has been titled as Petta, and the same has now been confirmed with the newly released motion poster. This film is produced by Sun Pictures.

With music by Anirudh and cinematography by Tirru, this grand film stars Vijay Sethupathi, Simran, Trisha, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Bobby Simhaa and many others alongside Rajinikanth.

While the news about the title has been a rage on social media, the team has now released the first look motion poster of the film.
