Malaysian born Australian director James Wan is popularly known for his horror and thriller films like Conjuring, Saw, Insidious and Conjuring 2. All his recent films have made a huge impact in India as well.

He took us all by surprise with a recent tweet of his. Wan had replied to one of the tweets addressed to him which read  “@creepypuppet (James Wan) indian tamil movie (Sadhuram2) inspired by saw” to which Wan said “hope @LWhannell (Leigh Whannell) is in this remake, speaking Tamil...”.

It is heartwarming to see such big directors do cross country promotions for a Tamil film. It must be recalled that Mike Tyson had expressed his interest to watch Madhavan’s Irudhi Suttru.
