“DID SOMEONE SAY TAMIL PONNU?" - MALAVIKA MOHANAN SHARES AN UNMISSABLE THROWBACK PETTA PIC!

Malavika as Poongodi had won millions of hearts with her charisma, charm and brilliant acting skills. She has taken to her social media and shared a throwback picture from the look test of the movie and captioned it as, “Did someone say Tamil Ponnu? #throwback picture from the costume look test we did for ‘petta’ last year. Chennai and Madurai sarees are my favourite kind and I was only too happy to be wearing the most gorgeous and special drapes handpicked by the wonderful costume team.”

On the work front, the actress is currently busy as she bagged the female lead in her upcoming biggie which has been tentatively titled as Thalapathy 64. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of Kaithi fame, the film features Vijay as the male lead.

The film has an ensemble cast which features Vijay Sethupathi, Antony Varghese, Shanthnu Bhagyaraj, Arjun Das, Andrea Jeremiah, Gouri G Kishan, VJ Ramya amongst others in prominent roles. Stay tuned!
