OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: ALL FILM SHOOTINGS TO BE CANCELLED ON THIS DAY

Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC), released an official press statement, a few hours back, to inform that no film shooting would take place on the 26th of August.
 

South Indian Cine & Television Union Directors, Stunt Artistes Union, would be celebrating their association's 50th golden jubilee year in a grand manner. On that note, the members of the union requested the Producers Council to cancel all the film shootings, so that everyone can participate in the celebration function.

Now, agreeing to the union's request, TFPC has announced that no film shooting or television serial shooting would happen on the requested date.   

Going by this announcement, important films like Kaala, Dhruva Natchathiram, untitled Sivakarthikeyan - Ponram film, Thupparivalan, 96, and many other films might not shoot on this day.
