SERIAL ACTOR FOUND DEAD ON RAILWAY TRACKS

Television actor Mukesh Rawal was found dead on the railway tracks near Kandivali station (Mumbai) recently. Government Railway Police officials have apparently said that it was an accident and Rawal may have been crossing the tracks. It is told that he was on his way to a dubbing session for a Gujarati film. Rawal, 66, was famous for playing the role of ‘Vibhishan’ in Ramanand Sagar's 80’s hit mythological Television show Ramayana. Rawal lived in Kandivali West. He is survived by his wife and two daughters, both married.
Niket Kaushik, Commissioner of Railway Police told the media, “Initially, we could not find anything on the body to identify. Railway Police had issued his photographs to all police stations. His son-in-law came to the Kandivali railway station in search of Rawal, who had gone missing". The officials sent him to the hospital where he identified the body. After autopsy, the body was handed over to his family members.
