As everyone is aware, Arya is a fitness freak and is also a professional cyclist. With the current scenario, cycling is out of the picture and he is relying on home workouts to stay fit and healthy. He recently posted a new workout video in his Twitter handle and fans are in awe of his fitness levels.

He captioned the video saying “Strengthening the core for further lockdown 💪💪💪#Staysafe”

His workout targets the core of the body. A strong core is essential to perform all workouts and Arya does this workout effortlessly.

On the work front, Arya will be seen next in ‘Teddy’, directed by Shakti S Rajan. His better half Sayyeshaa will be playing the female lead. Stay tuned for more updates.
