''I WISH DHANUSH PLAYED THE LEAD''

Debutant director, Raja Subbiah’s dark comedy venture is Tea Kadai Raja where he sports the role of the hero too. This film is about a boy and his pursuit of love. Talking about this, director Raja had few interesting details to share with us.

“Beauty is a relative concept - This is the theme of my story. But it won’t take a preachy tone at any point. The title was inspired from the song from Dhanush sir’s Velai Illa Pattadhari and I also wished he played the lead in my story.”

This film is being distributed by Sri Thenandal Films and will reach the theaters on April 8th. “After watching the film, Thenandal Films’ Murali sir affirmed that he will take the film to the audience. I am very happy that a big player like Thenandal Films have come forward to take my product further. Every young boy will be able to relate to at least one incident that has portrayed in the film”, stated the Raja (king) of Tea Kadai Raja.

The film stars Neha Gayatri, Yogi Babu, Sharmila Thapa, and Madan Bob in important roles and is funded by Funtoon Talkies.
