WOW! SURIYA’S SOORARAI POTTRU GETS A MAJOR HONOUR PRIOR TO ITS GRAND RELEASE!

Apart from Suriya, the film features Aparna Balamurali as the female lead while Dr. M Mohan Babu, Paresh Rawal, Urvashi, Karunas, Vivek Prasanna, Krishna Kumar and Kaali Venkat amongst others will be seen in important roles.

Along with the story and direction, Sudha Kongara had also written the screenplay along with Shalini Usha Devi. The movie is bankrolled by Suriya's 2D Entertainment in association with Guneet Monga.

It was recently announced that the satellite rights of Soorarai Pottru have been bagged by popular TV channel, Sun TV. Now, it has been learnt that the film is all set to be remade in Hindi. Producer Guneet Monga has reportedly got the Hindi remake rights; the cast and crew details are expected to be announced soon. For the unversed, this film is special in Suriya's career, as it becomes the first film of his to be dubbed and released in Kannada.
