Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsSuperstar Rajinikanth will next be seen in the much-expected upcoming Siva directorial titled as "Annaatthe". The project will be produced by Sun Pictures, which had earlier bankrolled Rajinikanth’s successful hits that include Endhiran and Petta.
Apart from Superstar Rajinikanth, Annaatthe will also feature Khushbu, Meena, Nayanthara, Keerthy Suresh, Prakash Raj, Jagapathi Babu, Soori, Sathish, Bala (Director Siva’s brother) to name a few in prominent roles and is a D Imman musical.
The much-awaited first look and the motion poster featuring Superstar Rajinikanth was launched on Friday (Sep 10) on the occasion of Vinayagar Chaturthi. The film’s teaser was released a couple of days ago and was well received by the audiences.
The film has been censored as U/A and is all set to hit the big screens on November 4 as Diwali treat for fans! Sources in the know have revealed that Superstar Rajinikanth’s character name in the film is Ganesan and one is pretty much aware of how well Siva is connected with that particular name. For the unversed, Thala Ajith’s name in Veeram is Vinayagam and the actor’s name in Vedalam is Ganesh aka Vedalam. Semma, right?
