Apart from Superstar Rajinikanth, Annaatthe will also feature Khushbu, Meena, Nayanthara, Keerthy Suresh, Prakash Raj, Jagapathi Babu, Soori, Sathish, Bala (Director Siva’s brother) to name a few in prominent roles and is a D Imman musical.

The much-awaited first look and the motion poster featuring Superstar Rajinikanth was launched on Friday (Sep 10) on the occasion of Vinayagar Chaturthi. Both the posters garnered massive responses from the audiences and critics as well.

Sources in the know have revealed that the much-expected first single of this upcoming biggie is planned to be out on September 25. The team has chosen this particular date to release the peppy intro song which was sung by the legendary singer SP Balasubrahmanyam to mark the late singer’s first year death anniversary. So, in another 10 days, if this is true, we might get our hands on the first single which all of us are badly waiting to listen! What say?
