IT WAS THUPPAKKI FIRST, THEN POKKIRI, AND NOW...

It has become a custom to celebrate the birthdays of big stars by arranging a special screening of the star's blockbuster film. In that way, Vijay fans in Kerala have arranged for a special screening of Ghilli, one of the most important films in Vijay's career.
 

This film will be screened on the 18th of June (Sunday) morning at 10 AM in Kollam Dhanya Theatre, ahead of Vijay's birthday, which falls on the 22nd of June. The bookings are expected to open very soon. Last year, Pokkiri film was screened at the same theatre for his birthday, while in 2014, it was Thuppakki which was screened at Kollam Archana Theatre.
