POPULAR TAMIL FILM ACTRESS INJURED IN A CAR ACCIDENT, ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL

The accident happened at a railway bridge in Vasanthnagar, Bengaluru, where a Jaguar car rammed in to a pillar. 35-year old Lokesh Vasant, who accompanied Mandre in the road trip, was also injured in the accident. The mishap occured arounnd 2:30 AM. 

According to media reports, the two were admitted in Fortis Hospital on Cunningham Road. Sharmiela Mandre reportedly survived hairline injuries in her jaw and nose while Lokesh fractured his right hand. Police suspect that a missing third person was also involved in the accident and his identity is yet to be estabilished.
