"REALIZED I SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT...!" - IAMK2 IRANDAAM KUTHTHU DIRECTOR SANTHOSH TAKES A KEY DECISION!

Irandaam Kuththu will feature the director himself as the main lead and the leading ladies of the movies are Mumbai based actresses Karishma, Aakruthi and Meenal. Apart from the lead, the film also features Ravi Mariya, Motta Rajendran, Chaams and Shalu Shamu in key roles. The film was planned to release on May 2020 but had to be pushed due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

Legendary director Bharathiraja had criticised Irandam Kuthu, the upcoming film from director Santhosh P Jayakumar for promoting vulgarity. The director had said that he is not even able to look at the promos and other material. Now, the director has reacted and retorted that with all due respect, nothing that Bharathiraja has shown, he hadn’t shown before, referring to Tik Tik Tik movie poster.

Now, Santhosh P Jayakumar has released a press note stating his regret about his reply tweet to Bharathiraja. He wrote, "I have acted and directed the movie Irandaam Kuththu. Recently Director Bharathiraja had expressed his opposition against the posters and I had retorted with a reply tweet.

It was a hasty decision - did it without knowing what I did. Afterwards, thinking about it, I felt that I should not have done that. Hence I mark my regret for tweeting the same. Bharathiraja is one of the veteran directors of Tamil Cinema, who was, is and will be an example and an inspiration for upcoming directors. I should not have reacted this way to Bharathiraja sir's remarks. Hereafter, coming posters of the movie will be designed as to suitable for every type of audience", so the note reads.
