It is a dull day for the entire film industry as both the film fraternity and fans mourn the death of the legendary actress Sridevi. At this juncture, there is a very sad and shocking coincidence that is to be noted. Sridevi and her husband Boney Kapoor had been to Dubai for a wedding along with their daughter Khushi Kapoor. However, their elder daughter Jhanvi Kapoor was busy shooting for her debut film Dhadak in Mumbai and the sad news of her mother’s demise came along late last evening.

It is to be noted that, Boney Kapoor’s ex-wife and Arjun Kapoor’s mother Mona Shourie had passed away when she was 48. Just as how Sridevi could not see her daughter’s debut in Bollywood, Arjun Kapoor’s mother too did not get to see her son’s Bollywood debut which happened to be Ishaqzaade. Mona Shourie passed away on March 25 while her son’s debut film released in May 2012. On those lines and coincidentally. Legendary actress Sridevi has now passed away months before her daughter’s debut which has reportedly been planned for July.
