2.0 FIRST WEEKEND BOX OFFICE VERDICT IS OUT!

Shankar's magnum opus 2.0 starring Rajinikanth and Amy Jackson in lead roles and Akshay Kumar as the antagonist, released on 29th November. The film has garnered positive reviews all over, and has been performing better in Chennai than other places. 

As per the analysis made by Behindwoods Box Office wing, 2.0 has approximately grossed an amount of 10 crore in Chennai city region alone. The movie has a huge 933 shows by the end of the first weekend. 

While Sarkar collected 13.8 crore after a 6-day first weekend, it remains to be seen if this film will break that record, Aided by positive reviews, and with no big releases lined up for the next 2 weeks, 2.0 can certainly go on to rake in the moolah.
