BREAKING: KUMBALANGI NIGHTS STAR'S FILM GETS A TAMIL REMAKE- GUESS WHO'S PLAYING THE LEAD

With a caption 'Not a Love Story', Ishq tells the story of a young couple who gets harassed by a stranger and his accomplice. Now here is the exciting news. Our close sources have confirmed that the film is getting remade in Tamil with actor Kathir of 'Pariyerum Perumal' fame playing the lead.

The project is set to be produced by Eagle's Eye Productions, who had previously bankrolled the horror-comedy Petromax, and the remake will be directed by Shiv Mohaa, who had earlier directed the 2016 fantasy film Zero.

Kathir was recently seen in the horror film Jada, directed by Kumaran. The official cast and crew of the film will be announced soon.
