Santhanam's Dhillukku Dhuddu, directed by Rambhala, was one of the biggest commercially successful films of 2016.
With sequels being the trend, sources close to us now reveal that this hit combo might team up again for Dhillukku Dhuddu 2. Apparently, it is said that this film could release before Rambhala's current directorial, Daavu (ft. Kayal Chandran, Reba Monica John, Ramadoss), as the makers are reportedly planning this as a quickie.
An official announcement regarding this project is awaited from the team.

Comedian turned actor Santhanam, who has been doing a lot of films lately, has a word of advice from actor Jiiva. Speaking exclusively to Behindwoods, Jiiva stated "Now, he has become a hero. I think he is planning to do films where he is the only hero. He should start acting in multi-starrer movies in order to grow."
He also added that "Santhanam has to do a lot more films. The audience are already missing him." It is indeed nice of Jiiva to give an honest piece of advice to a fellow actor.
