The case against Bala lodged by Som was under the fact that Bala tagged him a puppet when he was never so. After the arguments by both back and forth, almost all of the housemates teamed up with Som while no one supported Bala, not even Shivani or Samyuktha or anyone. 

When the court audience vote took place, presiding judge Suchi asked who all thought Bala accused Som of being a manipulatable puppet, and not as a joke, it was strange yet surprising to see Samyuktha and Aajeedh in support of Som behind Bala's back, but whether Bala saw this or not, there is no way to know for sure!
