JUST IN: RJ BALAJI'S SARCA(R)STIC POSTER GOES VIRAL

In the past couple of years, apart from being a successful RJ and comedian, RJ Balaji has stood up for various social and political causes and has been outspoken. Following that, there was a campaign that he might be entering politics. But that turned out to be an announcement of his first film as a lead hero, a political satire called LKG. The film also stars Priya Anand and is directed by debutant Prabhu.

The story and screenplay have been handled by RJ Balaji while the technical team comprises of Vidhu Ayyanna for cinematography, Anthony for editing and Leon James for music. 

Today, RJ Balaji announced that this political satire will release for Pongal 2019."விஸ்வாசமான நம்ம பேட்ட மக்களுக்கு ஒரு நற்செய்தி.!#LKGForPongal 🙏" RJ Balaji's tweet shows that he is well aware that Rajini's Petta and Ajith's Viswasam are coming for Pongal yet he is ready to join the race.

More than the announcement, it is the poster released by the LKG team that has turned a lot of heads which takes a dig at the recent Sarkar freebies controversy. And the poster also says that politicians are their official promotional partners.
