Speaking about Rio, Britto said, "According to me, he is playing really well. But when he did what we as his friends and family did not want him to do - when he became angry at times, that is when we were a little upset. But we also knew that he would cool off sooner than anyone else."

"We friends took a lot of effort to pull Shruti out of her depression - when she started to receive unwanted messages and disturbances at night, and people started commenting without knowing the real Rio - that's when she started thinking if she had made a mistake", Britto spoke about Shruti.
