The entire film industry woke up to the saddening news of the untimely demise of the young Kannada actor, Chiranjeevi Sarja who lost his life on Sunday. Aged 39, Chiranjeevi passed away on June 7 at Sagar Apollo Hospital in Bengaluru following a cardiac arrest.

He is survived by his wife who is also a popular actress, Meghana Raj. The actress is pregnant and in the second trimester and the couple were eagerly preparing to welcome their first child together and this tragedy came as a great shock not only to the family members but also the fans as well.

The couple got married April 29, 2018 after knowing each other for more than 10 years, including about five-years of courtship. The couple had got married in both Christian and Hindu ways. Revisiting the actress’ Instagram page, we found the special Christian wedding video which Meghana had shared about 5 weeks ago.
