REGINA CASSANDRA'S LEAD FILM GETS THUPPAKKI AND ARRAMBAM ACTRESS ON-BOARD!

Post which, we had reported that the director's next will be a women-centric mystery thriller bi-lingual project (Telugu and Tamil) featuring popular actress Regina Cassandra. This is the maiden production of Apple Tree Studios.

It is now known that there is a second lead in the film and it will be played by actress Akshara Gowda. The actress has acted in Tamil, Hindi and Kannada films, while she recently made her Telugu debut with Nagarjuna's Manmadhudu 2. It must be noted that she has also acted in Ajith's Arrambam and Vijay's Thuppaki in a cameo among other films.

As we had reported earlier, the shoot will start from the 13th of January and it is set to be shot in Courtallam. Stay tuned for more important interesting updates from the Tinseltown!
