THALAPATHY 66: RASHMIKA MANDANNA SHARES HER FIRST DAY SHOOT EXPERIENCE ALONGSIDE VIJAY!

Thalapathy 66 is directed by Vamshi Paidipally. Produced by Dil Raju and Shirish under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations, the film stars Rashmika Mandanna opposite Vijay. The film is currently being shot in full swing in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Woke up to do some much needed cardio to start the burning process of all that I've been indulging for the last almost 25 odd days "Ready to shoot"

"Got ready- headed to It feels soooooo good.. shoot. Got my make up and hair done and went to the set when called and met Vamsi sir and vijay sir and yogi babu sir and the team.. spending so much time with them.. happy happy me.. so grateful."

"Shoot went well.. and by 4/5pm I passed out on one of the chairs on set... well loves when I say I literally can sleep anywhere I ain't joking... I actually have that gift.. then well it was a pack up for me.. hit the gym.. with @kuldepsethi after awhile. Now back home.. tucked in and ready to go to bed! What a lovely day I had!"

According to credible sources, the film is a family drama and Vijay will not be playing a double role in the film.

A few days ago the pooja of this film was held at a private studio in Chennai. Director Vamshi, producer Dil Raju, Rashmika Mandanna and actor Vijay were present. Actor Sarath Kumar is also attending the pooja. Sarathkumar is going to act with Vijay for the first time in this film. The cast also includes Prabhu, Shyam, Jaya Sudha, Prakash Raj and Yogi Babu. Actress Sangeetha and actor Srikanth have also joined the cast. This was officially announced by the film production company.

Praveen KL is the editor of this film. He is also the editor of Vijay's Bhairava. He has also worked as an editor on some of Vamsi's films. The story and screenplay are co-written by Hari and Ashish Solomon for the film in association with Vamshi Paidipally. Karthik Palani is about to do cinematography.

The 8th Behindwoods Gold Medals Awards will be held this year on May 15 and 22 at the Island Ground in Chennai Island from 6pm to 11.30pm. Ticket booking for this is currently underway.
