RANBIR KAPOOR AND ALIA BHATT TO GET MARRIED SOON! WHEN AND WHERE?

Alia Bhatt is one of the leading actresses in Bollywood. She is the daughter of Bollywood director and producer Mahesh Bhatt and British actress Soni Razdan. She starred in a few films as a child actress and made her acting debut in lead in the 2012 Karan Johar-directed film Student of the Year.

Her subsequent films like Two States, Highway, Udta Punjab, Raazi, Gully Boy made her one of the most sought after Bollywood actresses. Her recent film Gangubhai Kathiawadi was also well received by the audiences and critics alike. In particular, Imtiaz Ali's Highway filmunder AR Rahman's music was very well received. Alia is known not only as an actress but also as a great singer. She last played the role of Sita in RRR.

Alia Bhatt is gearing up for her upcoming film 'Brahmastra' which also features Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan and 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' with Ranveer Singh.

Ranbir Kapoor is the son of late actor Rishi Kapoor and actress Neetu Kapoor and the grandson of veteran actor-director Raj Kapoor. Ranbir Kapoor studied filmmaking and acting at the School of Visual Arts and the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute.

He later became an assistant director to Sanjay Leela Bhansali in Black (2005) and made his acting debut in Bhansali's romantic film (Dostoevsky's White Nights) Saawariya (2007). Kapoor rose to fame in 2009 with his films Wake Up Sid, Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani, Rocket Singh, Rajneeti (2010) and Rockstar (2011). In this Rockstar, Ranbir elevated to a star's status. The film was a box office hit, based on Rumi's Sufi philosophy of music by A. R Rahman.

Barfi (2012), again impressed fans by playing the deaf and dumb man in the film. He then starred opposite Deepika Padukone in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (2013). The film was a huge success at the box office and took Ranbir to the pinnacle of stardom in Bollywood. Pritam's music and cinematography by our Coimbatore native Velayutham Manikandan were the main reasons for the film's success.

Post Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (2016), in 2018, Ranbir starred as Sanjay Dutt in Rajkumar Hirani's film Sanju and which made this film one of the highest grossing Indian films of all time. Ranbir next stars opposite Vani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt in Shamshera. An untitled film starring Shraddha Kapoor opposite Love Ranjan, Animal and Brahmastra are being made at different stages.

Ranbir and Alia, who have been in love for the past few years, are getting married soon. According to reports, the wedding may take place at Ranbir's house in Chembur, Mumbai. Earlier, it was reported that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt will be getting married in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

Now, reportedly, the duo is getting married in Mumbai in the second week of mid-April from 13th to 20th April which will be a private affair with just close friends and families in attendance. However, an official confirmation for the same is awaited.
