Director S.S.Rajamouli's son S.S.Karthikeya got engaged to his longtime girlfriend and actor Jagapati Babu's niece, Pooja Prasad. The event is said to have happened yesterday (September 5) at the Baahubali director's residence, which was attended by very close friends and family. From the film industry circle, actor Akhil Akkineni and producer Shobu Yarlagadda were spotted.
 

Karthikeya made this news official with his tweet, "Yesss!! Very excited to dive into this new phase of my life with the love of my life! Pooja❤️ Thank you for the all love that you have been pouring. Can’t thank you all enough! Love always! ❤️🙏". He also shared a selfie picture of them posing together.
 

The wedding is expected to happen in the month of December. For those of you who do not know much about Pooja Prasad, she is the daughter of Jagapati Babu's brother, Ram Prasad, and the grand daughter of veteran producer VB Rajendra Prasad. Pooja is also a known figure in the field of music, who has crooned for numerous devotional songs.
