KANCHANA HINDI REMAKE LOCKS RELEASE DATE: TO CLASH WITH THIS SUPERSTAR'S NEXT

Laxmmi Bomb stars Akshay Kumar as the male lead and the actor will be paired opposite Kiara Advani as female lead. Bollywood Superstar Amitabh Bachchan will be essaying an important role in the film. The remake is produced by Cape of Good Films in association with Tusshar Entertainment House and Shabinaa Entertainment.

Meanwhile, sources close to us have confirmed that Laxmmi Bomb is set to hit the screens of 22nd May, 2020 (Eid next year). The film was supposed to clash with Salman Khan's Inshaa Allah, but the Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial was postponed due to undisclosed reasons. However, Salman Khan, in his official Twitter account, has confirmed that his upcoming project (other than Inshaa Allah) will be releasing on Eid next year.

In Tamil, Raghava Lawrence was last seen playing the lead and helming the fourth installment of the horror-comedy 'Muni' series, Kanchana 3. The film had went on to become one of the biggest hits of 2019.
