Varun Manian, notable producer, and industrialist was allegedly stabbed with a screwdriver inside a lift at his office building, yesterday 26th of September. The Police have arrested two persons named Balaguru and Muthukumar in connection to this case.

The incident supposedly took place around 4 PM on Tuesday when Varun was trying to reach his office. Varun got caught alone in the lift and a heated argument apparently triggered the incident. Varun sustained injuries and has now been admitted to a private hospital in Chennai.
