Yes, the film was one of the popular films in the industry and the audiences, recently were looking forward to the leads’ next project soon.
It had been officially reported earlier that Prashanth would be reprising the role of Ayushmann Khuranna in the Tamil remake of the critically acclaimed film, Andhadhun.
The remake will be helmed by JJ Frederick who directed Jyothika’s Ponmagal Vandhaal. The film will be produced by Prashant's father, Thiagarajan under the home banner, Star Movies.
Now, it has been revealed that Simran will be seen reprising Tabu’s role from the original and the shooting is expected to begin by early 2021. Though the “hit pair” will be reuniting after more than a decade, they will not be seen as a pair in this remake. Do comment and let us know how excited are you to catch them soon!
