But what caught the attention was the scar that appeared on the actor’s face! While it seemed to be that of prosthetic effect, the actor has now revealed that it is real. During the trailer launch event, he narrated what exactly happened.
He was quoted saying, “I got 13 stitches on my face due to an injury. The scar you see in the film is real.” It is said that he had injured himself just 4 days before the shoot of the movie was to commence and had also mentioned about it during his live interaction with his fans!
Meanwhile, directed by Shoojit Sircar, Sardar Udham also features Shaun Scott, Stephen Hogan, Banita Sandhu and Kirsty Averton in prominent roles. The film will start to premier in the digital streaming platform Amazon Prime Video.
