SAD! POPULAR COMEDY ACTOR BECOMES THE FIRST CELEBRITY TO DIE FROM COVID19 IN THIS COUNTRY!

Day by day, the number of people being tested positive in different countries are rapidly increasing and the death tolls have been increasing like the wildfire. The recent one to have succumbed to this deadly virus is popular Japanese comedian, Ken Shimura.

The comedy actor happened to be the first celebrity to have died due to Coronavirus in Japan. He had been hospitalised in a private hospital in Tokya on March 20 after being infected with the virus.

The 70-year-old actor breathed his last on Sunday night. A household name in Japan since the 1970s, Shimura entertained the Japanese audiences from 1972 to just before he died. May his departed soul rest in peace.
