The latest Tamil actress to play Goddess Amman is Bigg Boss Tamil season 4 contestant Rekha Harris. With the auspicious month of 'Aadi' going on, the 'Punnagai Mannan' actress donned the role of ‘Veppilaikaari’ (goddess with Veppilai - neem) and shared pictures from her latest photoshoot.
Sharing the pictures, Rekha wrote, “In this auspicious month (aadi masam), lets all be safe with natural protection by keeping neem around us And prevent other infections . It will kill the germs and other infections. And it will remove our negative vibration, cleanse our aura with positive vibes. My Devotional photoshoot Specially for aadi masam special....in the form of "veppilaikaari"."
Rekha, who looks stunning in the pictures, also shared a YouTube video where she showed her fans a glimpse into the elaborate make-up routine that went into preparing for the photoshoot.
Fans, celebs and former co-contestants like Ramya Pandian, Samyuktha are all heaping praises on the actress. Uma Riyaz too appreciated her.
